Rodger: affirmative
Out: End of transmission, essentially hanging up
Over: Speaker done speaking, waiting on reply
Can you read me/do you copy?: Can you hear me?
5 by 5: I read you, loud and clear (first number indicates signal strength, second indicated sound quality. 1 is worst, 5 is best.)

Generally these are given as two sets of numbers i.e. "One Eighty-Seven" or "Fifty-One Fifty"—with a few exceptions such as "459"—Burglary, which is given as "Four-Five-Nine".
